Some of WA’s best chefs and teamed up with Caterlink Chefs Club and the owners of the Crystal Swan to throw an unforgettable party on the beautiful Swan River.
The night will be a grazing format using the best of ingredients with both canapes and more substantial small plates prepared by some of our great Perth chefs including :
Sophie Budd – Taste Budds
Adam Bielawski – Poach Pear
David Yang – East Fremantle Yacht Club
Peter Manifis and myself.
This night will be an incredible networking opportunity with an eclectic offering of food and beverage.
