    EMERGING LEADERS IN AGRICULTURE, TECHNOLOGY AND ENTERPRISE (ELATE)

    Don will be a Guest speaker, also with cooking demonstrations/ food conversations

    This program is aimed at emerging leaders in agricultural careers/farming enterprises and professionals seeking to expand their career options and skills.

    Units of competency will be delivered by industry experts over three blocks focusing on the following topics:

    • developing self and developing others;
    • recruitment, selection and agribusiness innovation; and
    • developing agribusiness innovation initiatives.

    Upon attaining this qualification emerging leaders will demonstrate highly developed leadership and management skills, the ability to seek innovation, embrace new technologies and develop their chosen business to reach its potential within the industry.

    On completion of this program participants will exit with a Diploma of Leadership and Management (BSB51918).

    Suitable for: Experienced managers, emerging leaders, new managers within agricultural enterprises and technical managers moving into people management roles seeking to enhance existing skills.

    The event, run by community volunteers, has raised and distributed just on $1 Million to the South West community.
    In 2019 another 500 people will enjoy a stunning afternoon of exquisite food, delicious local wine, fabulous entertainment, an exciting auction and a great day out with friends!
